It’s not at all unusual for sellers to get “love letters” accompanying offers from would-be homebuyers trying to get a leg up in bidding wars by gushing about their passion for the property, Lily Leung of U-T San Diego reports.
But a note penned by an 11-year-old seems to have helped her family of five win out in a multiple-offer situation.
“It was just awesome because it came from the daughter, not from the parents,” the agent representing the home seller told the U-T. “It was a heck of a lot more personal. My client really liked it.” Source: utsandiego.com.
