The number of licensed real estate agents in California is down 32.5 percent from the 2007 peak and falling, Calculated Risk reports. While salesperson’s licenses are back to May 2004 levels, broker’s licenses are off just 8.3 percent from peak. Source: calculatedriskblog.com
