A group of private investors including several real estate agents have purchased the Salt Lake City office of Coldwell Banker Commercial from Realogy subsidiary NRT.
The office was Coldwell Banker Commercial’s top producer for 11 consecutive years, and agents-turned owners Brandon Fugal, Tim Simonsen and Stuart Thain were responsible for securing several prominent real estate deals involving Cinemark Theaters, Thanksgiving Park and Cabela’s, The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
