Picasso's grandson puts penthouse on the market for $8 million

Bernard Ruiz-Picasso, grandson of the famous Spanish artist, is selling his sixth-floor, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath penthouse in the Noho neighborhood of Manhattan for $7.995 million. He had previously bought the penthouse for $7.19 million in October 2010. Ruiz-Picasso has the largest private collection of Picasso paintings in the world.
