Yapmo, a communications platform originally designed to reduce the volume of group messages that sometimes flood agents’ inboxes, is also helping agents find buyers represented by colleagues at their brokerages before having to list their properties on the multiple listing service, Lew Sichelman reports.

Kevin Van Eck, director of development at @properties, says Yapmo has helped agents at the company close deals on about 275 pocket listings since it implemented the software.
