'Rare real estate sighting': Condos going up in Twin Cities

In what the Star Tribune is calling a “rare real estate sighting” in Minnesota’s Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, BohLand Development broke ground today on a 59-unit condo project that’s part of a “massive” mixed-use redevelopment project complete with a Lakes Sotheby’s International Real Estate office.

Nearly half of the units, priced at $450,000 to $2 million, are already sold, the paper reports. And oh, by the way, there are two other condo projects under construction. Source: startribune.com
