Realogy CEO Richard A. Smith tops a list of 200 influential CEOs, thought leaders and senior executives in the residential real estate brokerage business assembled by Stefan Swanepoel, author of the annual Swanepoel TRENDS Report and Swanepoel TECHNOLOGY Report.

Co-edited by consultant Rob Hahn, the first annual Swanepoel Power 200 is billed as “a meticulous analysis” that ranks industry leaders according to their power and influence to create “the most comprehensive” list of its kind (Inman News publishes an unranked annual list, the “100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders“).

Other notables making the Swanepoel Power 200 include HomeServices of America’s Ron Peltier, Zillow’s Spencer Rascoff, Trulia’s Pete Flint, NAR CEO Dale Stinton, and 2013 Nobel Prize-winning economist Robert Shiller. Source: swanepoel.com.
