Real estate brokerage and franchising giant Realogy says it delivered 3 million homebuyers and seller leads from its LeadRouter lead management system to affiliated brokers and sales associates in 2013, a 13 percent increase from 2012 and an all-time record for LeadRouter.

The year-over-year gain “speaks volumes about the efficacy of our respective brands’ overall Web marketing strategies, as well as the strength of the housing market,” Realogy Franchise Group President and CEO Alex Perriello said in a statement.

Introduced in 2004, Realogy says LeadRouter was the first Web-based product of its kind, and today distributes leads from more than 20,000 offline and online sources, including Realogy’s brand websites and listing distribution partners. Source:
