Rupert Murdoch buys Bel Air ranch once owned by 'Gone With the Wind' director

Rupert Murdoch has bought himself a little slice of history in the heart of Bel Air (Los Angeles) — a former horse ranch turned winery that was owned by “Gone With the Wind” director Victor Fleming. Current owner Thomas Jones, a retired Northrop Corp. CEO, put the home on the market for $29.5 million.
