Study: Most would rather live in a city’s north side

All things being equal, most people would rather live in the northern part of a city than the southern part, according to a study published in Social Psychological and Personality Science. People have a bias that northerly areas are better or more affluent, likely due to psychological reasons, one of the study’s co-authors told the Wall Street Journal.
