Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty says its new office in White Plains, N.Y., looks more like the work spaces Google, Apple and the Huffington Post create for employees than a traditional brokerage office.
Designed to be “ultramodern gathering space,” the White Plains office provides an open floor plan with a central cafe for client meetings and training sessions, “Starbucks-inspired workspaces,” and a lounge area for “more relaxed, intimate meetings,” the company says. The more than 100 agents based out of the office will be able to “stop in, get some work done, meet with their clients or just grab a cup of coffee.”
Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty says it’s the leading real estate brokerage in New York’s Greater Hudson Valley, with more than 800 agents working out of 25 offices serving Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Dutchess counties in New York, and Bergen and Passaic counties in New Jersey.
