Think flying prosperous clients over homes they were interested in purchasing would generate loyalty?
Hamptons, N.Y.-area broker Christopher Burnside with Brown Harris Stevens has found the answer to be yes. He takes his high-roller home shoppers up in his four-seat Cessna airplane to give them a feel of a home’s layout and the character of the upscale Long Island areas he works in while forging loyalties he says has led to success, the New York Times reported.
Once the ride is over, “they trust you,” Burnside told the Times. “You’ve got their life in your hands.”
