Zoopla Property Group Ltd. says it has acquired Vizzihome Ltd., a provider of market intelligence to U.K. property professionals, for an undisclosed sum.
Launched in 2009, Vizzihome’s core product provides real-time sales performance data for the majority of U.K. agency branches, enabling subscribers to monitor performance against their competitors and win more business via targeted marketing campaigns, the companies said. More than 5,000 U.K. agent branches subscribe to the Vizzihome market intelligence tool.
Zoopla Property Group said it plans to integrate the Vizzihome tool into its own, similar market intelligence tool, combining the best features from each product. For now, the Vizzihome tool will continue to be operated as a stand-alone product.
Zoopla Property Group Ltd. owns and operates online property portals including Zoopla.co.uk and Primelocation.com.
