Agents may now add client recommendations garnered through RealSatisfied, a service that surveys clients on customer satisfaction, to their Find-a-Realtor profiles on realtor.com.
“We’re thrilled to be the first major online real estate platform to offer this capability, which benefits both Realtors and consumers,” said Ernie Graham, senior director of product management at realtor.com, in a statement. “This integration will help consumers make better decisions when selecting a real estate agent to help them buy or sell a home. Realtors no longer have to do the extra legwork of combining client recommendations online.”
Previously, agents could only review results of RealSatisfied surveys, which are sent to buyers and sellers at the closing of transactions, on social media platforms like Facebook, realtor.com said.
But by using realtor.com’s free HyperSocial Tools, realtor.com said agents may now integrate recommendations into their Find-a-Realtor profiles and complement them with various media.
HyperSocial Tools also offers widgets that agents may use to publish RealSatisfied recommendations on their own websites, realtor.com said.
