Zillow Chief Revenue Officer Greg Schwartz has some advice for agents and brokers for getting the most out of the site, and it starts with making sure you have a “robust profile” including a bio and reviews (uploading your past transaction history is recommended, but optional). Now that your profile is robust, make sure listings have beautiful photos and amazing video — footage shot with an iPhone is fine in a pinch. Once the leads start rolling in, take advantage of the Zillow Tech Connect program to send leads with enhanced data directly into your CRM, allowing you to respond to inquiries faster and in a more informed fashion, Schwartz says.
