Realty reality show goes social

Frontdoor.com is inviting the audience to be a part of its new series, "Real Estate Intervention," via Twitter and Facebook.

HGTV real estate expert Mike Aubrey will give insights through tweets and status updates on a special episode at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, July 26, and viewers are invited to tweet or post comments to share their views on Aubrey's advice.

A Realtor licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., Aubrey is the team leader of Mike Aubrey & Associates for RE/MAX Metropolitan Realty.

The show, which premiered in July, focuses on sellers setting proper pricing by checking out their competition. Having ascertained the price, Aubrey will see which home sells first, either the competitor's homes or the subject home.
