Web software company W&R Studios has signed a joint marketing agreement with Lender Processing Services’ MLS Solutions, a multiple listing service products arm of LPS Real Estate Group, W&R Studios announced earlier this month.
The company also announced it had completed the full integration of its Web-based comparative market analysis tool, Cloud CMA, with LPS’ Paragon MLS.
Cloud CMA is an online report-generator that combines MLS data with information from online sources such as Zillow.com, Walk Score, Yelp and Education.com, to generate three types of reports: single-property profiles, "buyer tours" that include neighborhood information, and a comparative market analysis (CMA).
Cloud CMA will now be available as an option to all Paragon subscribers, the company said. The tool has recently launched with the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, Bay East Association of Realtors and East Bay Regional Data Inc., which combined serve more than 14,000 Paragon subscribers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
LPS released Paragon 5 in March, overhauling an earlier version of the Paragon MLS software. Unlike its predecessor, Paragon 4, Paragon 5 is compatible with not only PC but also Mac operating systems. A new module allowing for collaboration between agents and their customers was also added. At the time of Paragon 5’s release, more than 200 multiple listing services with more than 160,000 members were expected to make the transition from Paragon 4.
