I wonder if the Internet is going to get flooded with these types of resources. As I watched the gentleman from ListGlobally.com he mentioned that he could expose a property to 25 million buyers globally. I know that sounds impressive, but how many of them are going to want to be in particular geographic area that is listed. I also would like to know what percentage of those people would be qualified to buy in a particular area. A person from a poverty stricken country would have a heck of a time buying real estate in Massachusetts. So, even though 25 million sounds impressive, it has to be looked at realistically.
An other point that i would like to present is that there are already a lot of these types of sites out there like Zillow. As with most things on or off of the Internet, it isn't the idea that is great or the company but the way the business is run and the quality of service.
God Bless!

Real Metric likely can sustain as that is a helpful product in the industry. GetFullDisclosure while done before is a nice clean presentation so also has potential. I'd like to be in the competition someday.
