Certainly the market has changed the playing field with the explosive and exponential growth we have seen in technology.
The advent of the personal computer and the internet just a few short years ago (well...for anyone older than 25 or so anyway), have made it even more competitive and much more fun.
An online precense is paramount. Yet, I still see clients in my office when I conduct my buyer and seller consultations. After all, until after that meeting, neither of us know if we want to work with one another, and our office is definitely a great place to show that we're in business, search whatever information they may need or want, sign agreements and immediately distribute copies (or scan and email for an eco-friendly service).
