Since launching as a franchisor in 2009, Anthony Lolli’s New York-based Rapid Realty has made quite a splash, opening offices in cities including Boston, Philadelphia, Miami and San Diego, and turning heads by offering incentives to agents who have themselves tattooed with the company’s logo.
