Endurance Business Media today announced the acquisition of Prince Communications, which publishes Homes & Land Magazine, as well as Rental Guide, Home Guide and Estates & Homes magazines.

Also included in the acquisition were two major printing plants: The Printing House in Quincy, Fla., and Century Publishing Co. in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Robert Prince, prior owner and chairman of the board of Prince Communications, is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Partners Blair Schmidt-Fellner and Gerry Hogan formed Atlanta-based Endurance Business Media in 2001 after selling their prior company, Cygnus Business Media. Cygnus published 60 business-to-business publications and had annual revenue of approximately $100 million, according to a press statement.

Tallahassee, Fla.-based Homes & Land Affiliates LLC is a franchise organization that publishes 203 Homes & Land Magazines across the United States and Canada and powers HomesAndLand.com, which features more than 160,000 property listings. The headquarters of Homes & Land will remain in Tallahassee.
