HomeServices of America’s RealtySouth has acquired Auburn, Ala.-based First Realty.

Neither the size of the professional staff nor the value of the transaction was disclosed.

Minneapolis, Minn.-based HomeServices of America Inc. is a full-service residential real estate brokerage company and settlement services provider.
