Colliers International represented both parties in the purchase of Clayton Valley, a 217,000-square-foot shopping center in Concord, Calif. The transaction was valued at approximately $26 million. The shopping center is located at 5400 Ygnacio Valley Road. Regency Centers, an owner and developer of grocery-anchored shopping centers, purchased the property from a private investor.
