San Francisco-based PODS LLC leased approximately 30,240 square feet of warehouse space at 3528 Arden Road in Hayward, Calif., for a period of five years for a lease value of roughly $866,220. Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Stanley G Alexander Inc., while CB Richard Ellis of Oakland represented PODS LLC of San Francisco.
Bay Area Warehouse of Oakland renewed its 82,240-square-foot lease for an additional six years. The freestanding warehouse has been home to Bay Area Warehouse for roughly 20 years. The new lease is valued at just under $2 million. Lee & Associates represented Bay Area Warehouse in its lease renewal, while Kevin Herman of Herman Commercial represented the building owners, Walton Family Trust.
Middle East Bakery purchased an approximately 8,000-square-foot light industrial building on Diablo Avenue in Hayward. Middle East Bakery will be relocating from the South San Francisco area to its new facility soon. Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and seller, Richard Erchinger, in this transaction.
KC&G purchased an approximately 7,300-square-foot light industrial building on Bernhardt Street in Hayward. KC&G will relocate into the facility from San Leandro. Lee & Associates represented the seller, Richard Erchinger, and KC&G in the transaction.
Krobach MFG expanded into roughly 3,200 square feet of industrial space on Arden Road in Hayward. The lease was valued at roughly $115,000. Lee & Associates represented the lessor, Weikert Family Trust, and Krobach in this transaction.
DMG North renewed its approximately 5,000-square-foot office/flex lease in San Leandro for five years at a value of roughly $290,000. Lee & Associates represented the lessor, Balco Properties, and DMG in this transaction.
Bonanza Wholesale Distributors of Oakland leased approximately 16,500 square feet of warehouse space on 37th Avenue in Oakland for one year. Lee & Associates represented the lessor, 37th Ave LLC, and Bonanza in this transaction.
