Carlton Advisory Services arranged the acquisition of 157 Hudson St., a 60,000-square-foot loft building located in the heart of TriBeCa in New York City. The value of the transaction was $23 million. This historically significant building originally housed American Express' horse stables in the 1800s. The New York City-based buyer, whose identity was not disclosed, intends to preserve the character of the property, restoring its many original details and accents. The identity of the seller was not disclosed.
