Corporate PC Source leases mixed-use space

Grubb & Ellis Company arranged the lease of a 69,960-square-foot mixed warehouse/office space at 699 Supreme Drive in Bensenville, Ill. The tenant is Corporate PC Source, a reseller of technology products and services, recently acquired by Zones of Renton, Wash.   Corporate PC Source also handles logistics shipments for the parent company. The company was looking to expand current distribution capability beyond the capacity of its 25,000-square-foot headquarters building.   Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.   Grubb & Ellis Associate James Cummings provided location analysis and business intelligence. SVPs Gary Gavula and Jim Lockhart handled lease negotiations for Corporate PC Source.   Tom Barbera, a VP at Trammell Crow represented the owners.   Fifty Corporate PC Source employees will relocate to the Bensenville address May 1.
