Advantis/GVA brokered the sale of a 70,772-square-foot office/warehouse property in Hampton, Va.   The value of the transaction was $1.7 million.   Albert B. Glickman, trustee, doing business as Virginia Properties, sold the 5601 City Line Road property to Diamond Hill Properties LLC.
