Koll to build Citi Cards call centers

Three identical buildings will total 531,000 square feet

Koll Development Co., a commercial real estate firm, has executed leases with Citigroup to develop and lease three identical build-to-suit call centers simultaneously over the next 7 months for the Citi Cards division. The new call centers will be located in Louisville, Ky., Greensboro, N.C., and Boise, Idaho. Total square footage to be developed is 531,000.   The centers will serve 60 million credit-card customers worldwide.   "We will rely on our previous project experiences and success with fast-track developments for corporate clients to ensure that these facilities are up and running on time and within budget," said Koll President Tobin C.
