Mortgage rates flat

30-year fixed unchanged at 5.69%; 10-year Treasury down at 4.43%

Long-term mortgage interest rates remained the same Monday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield slipped to 4.43 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average was unchanged at 5.69 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate was slightly higher at 5.02 percent. The 1-year adjustable remained at 3.18 percent. The 30-year Treasury bond yield decreased to 5.23 percent. Rates are current as of 7:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
