Harsch Investment Properties purchased the Kearny Mesa Business Center, a 106,791-square-foot multitenant industrial park in the Kearny Mesa business district of San Diego.

The value of the transaction was $10.8 million.

Kearny Mesa Business Center is a four-building, 6.2-acre business park located on Kearny Villa Road. Tenants include Kodak subsidiary Qualex Photoprocessing, ISEC Inc., and United Windows and Exteriors.

American Assets Inc. was the seller.

Bill Cavanagh, Louay Alsadek and Brad Tecca of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial represented both parties in this transaction.

At the time of sale the property was 95 percent leased.

Portland, Ore.-based Harsch Investment Properties is a privately held real estate company operating in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and Oklahoma.
