Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II Inc. has completed the purchase of 2000 Park Lane, a seven-story, 231,213-square-foot office building in North Fayette, Pa.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property was purchased from a subsidiary of Computer Associates International Inc., which will be leasing approximately 25 percent of the building.

Park Lane was constructed in 1993. It was approximately 64 percent occupied at the time of sale by Fisher Scientific Co. LLC.

Wells Real Estate Funds is a national real estate investment management company that purchases and manages real estate on behalf of Wells-sponsored investment programs.
