The Dolben Company has bought Woodview at Randolph, an apartment community in Randolph, Mass., from BlackRock Realty for $36 million.   Woodview at Randolph is a 310-unit, garden-style apartment community. It's close to a number of highways and less than one mile from the Holbrook/Randolph MBTA station. Randolph is a mature, densely populated middle-class bedroom community 10 miles south of downtown Boston.   Built in 1966 and 1971, Woodview is a Class B complex with nine three-story buildings and a single-story maintenance building on 11.6 acres.
