A San Diego-based investor recently purchased a 135,107-square-foot retail building in Charlotte, N.C., occupied by a home-improvement center.

The value of the transaction was $15.2 million.

Carolina Emerald purchased the property, which is located at 940 Concord Parkway on approximately 21 acres, from Dr. David Haskell.

In 1999, Lowe’s Companies, Inc. signed a 20-year lease for the build-to-suit home improvement center.

San Diego-based Colliers International arranged the transaction.
