KBS Realty Advisors negotiated three lease agreements totaling 144,419 square feet at an office building in Houston, Texas.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
World Houston Plaza is an eight-story, 216,277-square-foot, class A office building at 15710 JFK Blvd. near Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Weatherford International Ltd. has leased 84,439 square feet to consolidate three offices. FMC Technologies Inc. has leased 29,876 square feet to relocate its Surface Wellhead business from 1777 Gears Road. The relocation is the result of FMC Technologies’ Subsea Systems’ expansion at the Gears Road facility. KRATON Polymers has leased 29,876 square feet to relocate its headquarters from 700 Milam downtown.
The Weatherford and Krayton Polymers deals are 11-year leases. The FMC Technologies lease is for seven years.
