BPG sells East Coast office space

BPG Properties Ltd. on Friday announced the sale of two office properties located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The total value of the transaction was not disclosed. The properties, which included Century Corporate Center in Mount Laurel, N.J., and 1300 Virginia Drive in Fort Washington, Pa., were sold to Avir Corp., a Baltimore-based real estate investment and development company. Century Corporate Center consists of 200 Century Parkway, a single-story office building, and 100 Century Parkway, a three-story office building, totaling 113,669 square feet. BPG recently completed a capital improvement program to update and improve the exterior and interior of both buildings. 100 Century Parkway received a new exterior, improved landscaping and lobby upgrades, including new granite flooring and vinyl wallcovering, as well as glass entrance doors for tenant suites.
