Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial arranged the approximately $6.4 million sale of an office building in Solana Beach, Calif.
The two-story, 21,063-square-foot property, located at 505 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, was 100 percent leased at the time of sale to nine tenants.
Village & Country Properties sold the property to Beckman/Lomas LLC. Beckman Properties, whose offices are also located in the building, is in the process of finalizing plans that will include substantial renovations to the building exterior, courtyard and parking/landscape area.
