Tishman Speyer and Transwestern Investment Co. on Monday announced that Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum Perlman & Nagelberg LLP has signed a 15-year lease for 97,160 square feet of office space in downtown Chicago.

Financial details of the lease were not disclosed.

The lease, which includes the top six floors of the 45-story, 928,040-square-foot, class A property located at 200 West Madison, makes Barack Ferrazzano the anchor tenant.

Located in the heart of Chicago’s vibrant central business district, 200 West Madison, completed in 1983, features a unique sawtooth design that provides up to eight corner offices per floor and offers magnificent views of surrounding Chicago and beyond.

Renovations on the building’s lobby were completed in April 2006, creating an expanded two-story entry, which functions as an enclosed winter garden and public plaza.

Representing building ownership in the transaction were representatives from Tishman Speyer and Transwestern Commercial Services. MB Real Estate represented the tenant.
