Homes & Land Magazine, a national real estate publication company, is offering streaming video tours of homes for sale in cities across the United States, the company said Wednesday. The home tour videos will appear on HomesAndLand.com and other Web sites.
The videos feature listings from real estate brokers and agents who advertise in Homes & Land Magazine, as well as personal profile videos of brokers and agents. Once a video is filmed, it is automatically posted on the Internet where links to the video can be e-mailed to out-of-town home buyers.
The company is in the process of completing the set-up of its national network of videographers who will work with local Homes & Land publishers to provide services in local marketplaces. The service is currently available in 40 markets and the company has plans to expand to more than 100 markets by the end of 2006.
Tallahassee, Fla.-based Homes & Land Affiliates LLC is a franchise organization that publishes more than 330 magazines across the United States and Canada.
