The technology, called LAVA, “provides real estate professionals with the ability to offer … access to more than 1.2 million listings from the database on their own Web sites while generating … leads,” according to the company announcement.

“Virtually overnight, real estate professionals can exponentially increase their inventory of listings,” said Brad Geisen, president and CEO of,” and they can generate leads from consumers who visit the listings at their sites. maintains a database of pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, bankruptcy, for-sale-by-owner and tax lien property listings.

Real estate professionals who partner with for the new service can receive state maps and county-specific search results from the company.
