HouseValues will begin offering a lead management system for mortgage professionals using the company’s lead generation services, the company announced in San Francisco last week.

HouseValues has partnered with Leads360 LLC to provide mortgage industry clients with tools to aid in converting more consumer leads into closed loans.

The lead management application, Mortgage Market Leader, pulls in mortgage leads generated by HouseValues and allows mortgage professionals to track leads through every stage of maturity — based on a combination of HouseValues’ and Leads360’s best practices.

“From day one, our goal has been to not only bring our clients the best leads, but also the best tools to manage and ultimately convert leads into closed business,” said Kevin Akeroyd, vice president of mortgage for HouseValues. “As the competition for customers becomes increasingly fierce, more and more lenders and mortgage brokers are asking for a single solution: leads combined with a comprehensive and easy to implement and use lead management solution.”
