Dominion Enterprises to acquire Advanced Access

Dominion Enterprises, which publishes a handful of real estate magazines, said today that it will acquire Advanced Access for an undisclosed cash purchase price. The combined company will provide Internet advertising and marketing services to 145,000 customers nationwide. Advanced Access provides Web design, Internet marketing and hosting services for real estate professionals in the United States. The company has annualized revenue of approximately $15 million and employs 130 people in Anaheim, Calif., according to a statement released today. Dominion's existing real estate Internet businesses include: Homes.com, a homes-for-sale portal and Web services provider; Best Image Marketing/Number1Expert, an Internet marketing company; Katabat, a lead management provider for brokers; and HarmonHomes.com.
