Nordic Properties, a real estate investment and development firm, purchased the former Teradyne building in Boston, Mass. The value of the transaction was approximately $34.8 million. The property, 321 Harrison St., is situated at the intersection of the Mass Pike and Route 93. It contains approximately 245,000 square feet of office space in an 11-story building with an attached parking garage containing 310 spaces.
