The Bascom Group LLC recently purchased Country Club at Saddle Rock, a 312-unit luxury apartment community in Aurora, Colo.
The value of the transaction was approximately $34.7 million, or $111,058 per unit.
Drever Stonebriar LLC sold the property, which is located at 21904 East Ontario Drive. Country Club, constructed in 2001, encompasses more than 19 acres. Property amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, spa, and detached garages. There are 174 one-bedroom apartments, 122 two-bedroom apartments, and 16 three-bedroom apartments. Unit sizes range from 707 square feet to 1,235 square feet with an average of 919 square feet. Apartment features include 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, gas fireplaces, patios/balconies, walk in closets, oversized roman tubs, and built-in intrusion alarms and wireless Internet.
Bascom acquired Greenbriar, the sister property located adjacent to Country Club, in August for approximately $31.8 million.
Irvine, Calif.-based Bascom is an active buyer of multifamily properties throughout Arizona, California, Hawaii, Pacific Northwest, and Texas.
