Colliers Investment Services Group recently brokered the sale of three properties totaling 795 apartment homes in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. The total value of the transactions was $37.5 million. Among the acquisitions are Northlake Apartments (348 units), Mission Hills Apartments (267 units) and Jamestown Apartments (180 units).
