Nature’s Best, a national wholesaler-distributor of health and natural products, has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 409,588 square feet under construction in Chino, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $25 million.
The facility, owned by Watson Land Co., will be a build-to-suit and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2007. It is part of Watson Commerce Center, a master-planned industrial park developed by Watson on the 60 acres of land it acquired in 2006. The project broke ground in October 2006.
Nature’s Best is currently located in a 350,000-square-foot facility in Brea, which houses both its corporate offices and a distribution center. The company has experienced rapid growth in demand for its natural products, prompting it to expand its operations and facilities, according to a press statement.
