Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of the 156-unit Belle Creek Apartments in Henderson, Colo., located approximately 15 miles northeast of Denver.
The value of the transaction was approximately $13.9 million.
Located at 10754 Belle Creek Blvd., the 117,544 square-foot apartment complex is set on five acres. Built in 2002, the Sec. 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit property is part of the Belle Creek community, a property designed in the new urbanism style, with a number of retail services, parks and schools. Amenities include a fitness center, playground, sports court, and a barbeque and picnic area. All residents also have access to community amenities including an indoor basketball court, K-8th charter school and business center.
Los Angeles-based Belle Creek Apartments LLC purchased the property from MLQ-Mill Two LLC, an out-of-state investment company.
