Broadreach Capital Partners has acquired Riverview Plaza, a 171,000-square-foot office project in Seattle, for $27.6 million. RREEF sold the property, which comprises three two-story buildings in the city's Southend submarket. According to a press statement, Broadreach is planning "a cosmetic upgrade of the common areas." Riverview Plaza is Broadreach's second office acquisition in the Seattle area in the past six months.
