Needleman Investments recently purchased a mixed-use office and retail center in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., for approximately $10.2 million.

Irvine-based Citivest sold the 25,561-square-foot property, which is located at 27184 Ortega Highway. Built in 1991, the two-story complex, Capistrano Collection, is situated on a 1.1-acre parcel.

At the time of sale, the asset was 87 percent by tenants that included Ortega Market & Deli, Charis Portraiture’s, and skin care, sports medicine, dental, cleaning and storage tenants.
