More gains in overnight real estate rates

30-year fixed rate at 5.81%; 10-year Treasury yield at 4.74%

Long-term mortgage interest rates inched up again Monday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield dipped to 4.74 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average gained to 5.81 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate rose to 5.55 percent. The 1-year adjustable dipped to 5.4 percent.
