Network Communications, one of the largest real estate publishers in the country, said today it will be sending condo and townhome listings to for display under a new partnership.

The deal will have NCI feeding its resale and new construction listings to in an attempt to gain more exposure for advertisers who currently place listings in NCI’s The Real Estate Book, New Home Finder, New Home Journal, New Homes & Ideas, and Unique Homes. claims about 15 million viewers a month who browse listings, videos, neighborhood information, interactive maps and a social network.

In addition to, NCI’s online distribution network includes, Bell South,, Google Base, HomeGain, House Locator, HomePages, Homescape, Live Deal, MSN Sympatico, NYTimes/Real Estate, Oodle, RealtyTrac, Trulia, Unique Global Estates, Wall Street Journal and Yahoo. on Tuesday also announced separately that it has entered a new partnership with, an online directory of condo hotels.

Under the new partnership, will power to create a site where consumers can shop for condo-hotel vacation rentals and purchases.
